City Hall
Rally
Join us at Worcester City Hall Plaza to celebrate the AMAZING work about to be done. Listen to a panel of speakers, while enjoying light refreshments.
8am Check-in
Meet Project Director
Meet the team of 2-5 Project Leaders who will help you to complete the work and guide you through the day. They will also provide you with the official Build Day shirt.
9:45am
Travel to
Site
W4W does not provide transportation to sites(unless otherwise noted) and we strongly encourage you to carpool with Project Directors and Friends.
10am
Work
Begins
Working begins across the city, with the Projects Directors providing instructions into the specific project you will be doing. Break from Pizza provided around noon!
10am to approx. 3pm
Working for Worcester's Build Day is a full day of hard work, laughs, and fun; while striving to make a tangible impact at each site!
Volunteering on Build Day
If you’re interested in getting involved with Working for Worcester, there are so many ways for you to help. W4W is fortunate enough to have AMAZING construction companies build the more complex sites. Each Build Day, Working for Worcester recruits approximately 1,200 volunteers from all walks of life with the opportunity for different activities that meet your physical abilities and skills.

Want an engaging, fun, and impactful team bond experience? Build Day offers the chance for companies, sports team, community groups, PTO's, and everything else the opportunity to volunteer on the same site.
