You will also receive important information about general site safety, including how to work on a construction site, how to lift heavy objects, and how to communicate safety policies to volunteers. In addition, we will cover emergency action planning and first aid procedures to ensure that you are prepared for any potential incidents. Finally, you will have the opportunity to review instructional videos on various construction tasks, as well as participate in quiz questions to test your understanding of the material. By the end of this course, you will have the knowledge and skills necessary to lead a successful build day site for Working for Worcester.
