About the Project:
Project Goals:
The Tatnuck Magnet project seeks to install blacktop games as well as a sensory pathway for students. The inside hallway will be painted, mulch will be replenished for the playground, and three new swings will be installed.

Volunteer Tasks:
Project #1: Sensory Pathway
Activity Leader: Danielle Nutter
Plan: Will be given sticker kit with directions and then just stick them onto hallway floor and wall to create sensory path similar to one in another part of school
Project #2: Interior Painting
Activity Leader: Janelle Clancy
Plan: Paint 1 mural on interior walls that are bare on 4th-6th grade floor
Project #3: Cleanup
Activity Leader: Céili Donnelly
Plan: Rake up leaves and debris in front of school and in the playground area (stuff stuck in the bottom of the fence). Put mulch down on the playground area and in front of school. Plant 3 bushes in front of school.
Project #4: Swing Set Installation (done before Build Day)

Plan: Install 3 new swings provided by the school district
Project #5: Outdoor blacktop painting
Activity Leader: Céili Donnelly
Plan: Paint foursquare, hop-scotch, and path on small area of pavement for time-out area on pavement. Paint handprints (on brick outer wall of school) and footprints on pavement for push-ups.
