The Roosevelt Project looks to install an ADA-accessible swing and games, paint blacktop games, and conduct general cleanup.

Project 1- Mulch (filling in some mulch of the preschool play area and moving mulch that fell outside of fence back into play area - doing same in main playground)

10-15 volunteers

Project 2- ADA accessible swing (might need some assistance in carrying/holding in place.

Consigli volunteers

Project 3- painting blacktop games (met with the school - mostly just going over what is already there and freshening it up while also adding four square lines)

10 volunteers

Project 4- clean up (general yard work, clearing, raking)

10-15 volunteers

There is also an opportunity for some Hanover volunteers to do some prep work during the week (we have to dig the holes for Consigli prior to Build Day.

Timeline:

8:30-9:00 A.M.: all volunteers go to City Hall to check in for the rally

9:00-9:30 A.M.: Build Day Rally

9:30 A.M.: all volunteers go to their respective sites

9:45-end of activities: volunteers perform tasks

The Roosevelt tasks will only take approximately 3-4 hours (the swing itself is done whenever Consigli gets there- they tend to get there early but this timeline is not exact).
