Below is a Detailed Overview of The Assignments on Build Day That Volunteers Will Do.
Project Overview:
We will be doing landscaping and painting a three-point line as well as other blacktop games in order to beautify the school grounds.
Project #1: Cleaning the Front of the School and Planting
Activity Leader: McKenna
Objective: Clean around the sign and area behind the basketball hoop.
Plan:
● Volunteers will use the landscaping tools to clear out the designated area of any trash and
dead plants.
● Dig the holes for planting as directed by site managers in designated areas.
● Plantb using two parts potting soil and real soil.
● Water plants.
Tools Needed: Landscaping and gardening tools (trowels), Shovels

Project #2: Painting Blacktop Games
Activity Leader: Cate
Objective: Painting three-point line and blacktop games
Plan:
● Volunteers will use the stencil to assist W4W team member Aidan Busconi in drawing
three-point line.
● Volunteers will paint blacktop games using blacktop paint in designated areass.
Tools Needed: Blacktop paint and equipment, stencils.
