What the work involves
Real responsibility, in service of the city
W4W team members manage five-figure budgets, negotiate with corporate sponsors, scope construction projects with contractors, recruit and organize 1,500+ volunteers, and deliver 20 simultaneous builds in a single day. The mission is Worcester. The experience is a byproduct of doing it well.
