Tommy Nixon Co-Executive Director Tommy is a Senior goaltender on the Men's Ice Hockey team at Holy Cross. Tommy is a chemistry major with a pre-medicine focus hailing from Sherwood Park, Alberta. Tommy is looking forward to following in the footsteps of Holy Cross Hockey and W4W legends Jeff Reppucci and Derek Kump as this is now his fourth year of involvement with W4W. He is excited to continue giving back to the city of Worcester, which has given him limitless opportunities and memories that will last a lifetime.
Gabbi Lutz Co-Executive Director Gabrielle Lutz is a senior at the College of the Holy Cross, Psychology major and on the premed track. Though originally from Florida, Worcester quickly became her home when she arrived three years ago. She is passionate about becoming a greater part of the community of Worcester and giving back to a city that has been a welcoming home throughout college. Gabrielle has been involved with Working for Worcester since her sophomore year and started in the PRESM (public relations, events, social media) department. She was most recently Director of PRESM and is excited to take on her new role as Co-Executive Director with her peers, Tommy and Lilly.
Lily Pochintesta Co-Executive Director Lilly is a senior at the College of the Holy Cross and a native of Greenwich, Connecticut. She is pursuing a degree in political science and Italian studies. Lilly joined Working for Worcester as a sophomore, when she served as a site manager at Midland Street Elementary School. She later became part of the leadership team as the Assistant Director of PRESM. Year after year, her love for the city and the organization grew. Working for Worcester has given her the opportunity to give back to the vibrant city of Worcester and positively impact the lives of the children that live there.
Beau collins associate Director of site development Beau is a junior at the College of the Holy Cross and is a native of Londonderry, New Hampshire. Beau is an Economics and History double major at the college and is also a goaltender on the Men’s Ice Hockey team and is looking to pursue a career in business after graduation. Beau joined Working for Worcester his sophomore year as a member of the leadership team and a site manager of two sites. Beau loves Working for Worcester because it has allowed him to give back to the very community that has given so much to him during his time at Holy Cross.
Christian REalbuto associate director of site development Christian is a Sophmore at College of the Holy Cross, interested in public policy. Christian heavily appreaciates the opportunities Working for Worcester provides him to help build community in the Greater Worcester area. Being able to spend his college experience with his friends amidst the Worcester family has been something he is blessed to have the chance to do.
Kevin darrar assistant DIRECTOR OF Site Development Kevin is a Junior at the College of the Holy Cross and a native of Monroe, New Jersey. He is an Economics Major with aspirations to further his hockey career. Kevin joined Working for Worcester his Freshmen year as a volunteer and continued his Working for Worcester career his Sophomore year as a Site Manager. He loves the energy that the Working for Worcester team brings every year to help make Worcester a better place for all that live here.
Peter crinella Assistant Director of Site Development Peter is a senior on the Men's Ice Hockey team at Holy Cross. Peter is an economics major from East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Peter was a volunteer for W4W until joining as a site manager his junior year. Peter is looking forward to another great year in his new position and is thrilled to give back to the city of Worcester again.
Dalton skelly assistant DIRECTOR OF site development Dalton is a junior at the College of the Holy Cross, originally from Dallas, Texas. He is a history major as well as a member of the Holy Cross Men’s Ice Hockey team. Dalton began his volunteer work with Working for Worcester as a freshman volunteer before joining the site management team at Clark Community School last year. He is excited to further his involvement in the great community of Worcester by taking on a role on the site development team.
Patrick o'leary director of volunteer recruitment Patrick is a junior at the College of the Holy Cross and is a native of Norfolk, Massachusetts. Patrick is a defenseman on the Holy Cross Men’s Ice Hockey team as well as a political science major at the college and is looking to pursue politics or law in the future. Patrick joined Working for Worcester as a volunteer his freshman year and then served as a co director of volunteer recruitment his sophomore year. Patrick loves Working for Worcester because it has allowed him to give back to the community and has given him opportunities and memories that will last a lifetime.

Jack is a member of the Holy Cross Men’s Ice Hockey team. As an active member of the Holy Cross community he joined Working for Worcester as a volunteer his freshman year. Jack is a Political Science major who is looking to pursue a career in business or law after graduation. Jack’s favorite part of Working for Worcester is the opportunity to better the lives of the great citizens of Worcester.
Liam Busconi co-DIRECTOR OF volunteer recruitment LIAM IS A SOPHOMORE AT THE COLLEGE OF THE HOLY CROSS FROM HOPKINTON, MASSACHUSETTS. CURRENTLY PURSUING A MAJOR IN ECONOMICS WITH A FOCUS ON FINANCE. HE JOINED WORKING FOR WORCESTER AS A FRESHMAN LAST YEAR FULFILLING THE ROLE OF THE SITE MANAGER AND IS LOOKING FORWARD TO WATCHING THE CITY OF WORCESTER COME TOGETHER ONCE AGAIN, HOPING TO JOIN ITS EFFORTS.
madeline belden director of event planning Maddy is a junior at the College of the Holy Cross and a native of Holden, Massachusetts, but has attended school for many years in Worcester. She is an International Studies major with a concentration in International Law and Global Governance and is a member of the Holy Cross Women’s Golf team. Maddy joined Working for Worcester as a sophomore site manager at Goddard School of Science and Technology. She loves the opportunity to work with other Holy Cross students in giving back to a city that she has spent most of her life in.
Karina Ramos Co-Director of Fundraising Karina is a junior at the College of the Holy Cross. She is a Chemistry major as well as a Visual Arts History minor from the town of Milford, Massachusetts. She is interested in the relationship of how science, and specifically chemistry, plays a vital role in the arts and humanities. Karina joined Working for Worcester in Year 5 as a freshman assuming a leadership role early on as a site manager. She will now be on the Fundraising Team bringing enthusiasm and positivity to our sponsors while engaging the community and bettering the city she gets to call home for 4 years.
Grace Brombach co-director of Fundraising Grace is a senior at the College of the Holy Cross from St. Paul, Minnesota and is currently majoring in Political Science and French. Grace joined Working for Worcester her sophomore year as a site manager for Mill Swan HeadStart and a member of the fundraising team. This year, she is excited to work again to give back to the Worcester community, which has provided her and so many other college students with a second home and countless opportunities to grow.
ian Williamson Assistant Director of Site Development and Fundraising Ian is a sophomore at the College of the Holy Cross majoring in Mathematics and International Studies. Raising in Worcester, MA, he joined Working for Worcester his first year on campus with the goal of giving back to his city that gave so much to him. He has the opportunity of working as a site manager last year at Elm Park Community School, where he spent a lot of his childhood having grown up just a few blocks away. Ian loves Worcester because of the immense culture and diversity within the individuals of the community.
emma mussatto Assistant DIRECTOR OF volunteer recruitment Emma is a junior at the College of the Holy Cross where she studies Economics and English, in hopes to eventually pursue her MBA. She is from Shelton, Connecticut. Emma joined Working for Worcester freshman year as a volunteer at Thorndyke Road Elementary School, and assumed a leadership position the year after as a site manager at the Tom Ash Little League Baseball site. Emma will now be supporting the Volunteer Recruitment Team and is eager to recruit enthusiastic volunteers who also look to better the surrounding Worcester community!
savannah haverty presm and director of community engagement Savannah is currently a senior at the College of the Holy Cross. She is from Northbridge, MA just outside the Worcester area. She is an English major with a Deaf Studies minor looking to pursue a career in Audiology. Following in the footsteps of her two older siblings, she became involved in Working for Worcester her freshman year. Sophomore year she joined the leadership team as assistant to the head of volunteer recruitment and took a site manager position. Her favorite part of Working for Worcester in being a part of a large group of committed people who devote their time to making Worcester a greater city than it already is.

She is a member of the COES Pre-Business Program fulfilling a major in Global Health. During her freshman year, Maureen joined Working for Worcester as a member of the PRESM (Public Relations, Events and Social Media) team. Her favorite part each year is the incredible collaboration of so many people in the Worcester community. Maureen is excited to tie together everything she has learned from Working for Worcester in her final year!
Liam Shields Director of Inventory and purchasing Liam Shields, a Cape Cod native, is currently a Junior at the College of The Holy Cross. He is a Chemistry major and part of the college’s pre-medical program. Liam has strong ties to the Worcester community, with his Acadian ancestors first arriving in the city in 1860 and Irish ancestors later arriving in the 20th Century. Having visited Worcester relatives since his childhood, the city has long been Liam’s second home. He is excited to give back to an area that has provided his family with opportunity, friendships, and support.
