Jeffrey Reppucci
Co-Founder Jeffrey graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Russian Studies and as class Valedictorian. Jeffrey is a National Truman Scholar, a Fulbright Scholar, and was a teammate of Derek’s on the Holy Cross Men’s Ice Hockey Team. Jeffrey was the recipient of the BNY Mellon Wealth Management National Hockey Humanitarian Award in 2014, presented at the NCAA Frozen Four in Philadelphia. Jeffrey is very passionate about the work of SHCAB and W4W, and is committed to a career in community development and human services. |

Derek R. Kump
Co-Founder Derek played 4 years as goalie on the Holy Cross Men's Div. I Ice Hockey Team, and graduated in 2014 Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Economics. For his work in building SHCAB and W4W, Derek was presented with the Presidential Medal of Service by the College of the Holy Cross's President and Deans. Derek has now begun a successful career in business and finance, while continuing close involvement with the organization and City of Worcester. Derek brings tremendous organization, efficiency, and savvy to all of his work in SHCAB projects and Working for Worcester. |
The Founding Project Team:
The project was founded in the Fall of 2012 by an incredible group of College Students, meeting in dorm rooms, developing the concept and eventual movement of Working for Worcester. |
