Colleen Naber Executive Director Colleen is a senior at the College of the Holy Cross and a native of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. She is a political science major focusing in International studies with a concentration in Peace and Conflict STUDIES with aspirations to pursue a career in business. Colleen Joined Working for Worcester as a freshman and spent three years as a member of the site development team. Most recently, she was a director of Site Development. She loves Working for Worcester Because it has allowed her to give back to the community that has fostered her educational growth and interact with community members.
Noah Magid executive Director Noah is a Junior at College of the Holy Cross. Born and raised in Worcester, he is a Political Science major. He joined Working for Worcester in his first year on campus wanting to help out the city he came from. His favorite memory was experiencing parts of the city that he has never has a chance to see before and seeing the transformation of the many sites. Noah's favorite things about Worcester are its culture of art and fantastic food.
Tricia Byrne Chief marketing officer TRICIA IS A SENIOR AT THE COLLEGE OF THE HOLY CROSS FROM DUNMORE, PENNSYLVANIA. SHE IS A PHILOSOPHY, POLITICS, AND ECONOMICS MAJOR WITH ASPIRATIONS TO PURSUE A CAREER IN BUSINESS. TRICIA IS ALSO A MEMBER OF THE WOMEN'S BASKETBALL TEAM AT HOLY CROSS and FOUND HER INSPIRATION FOR WORKING FOR WORCESTER THROUGH WORKING WITH A CLOSE TEAMMATE ON THE PROJECT. TRICIA JOINED WORKING FOR WORCESTER AS A FRESHMAN and WILL NOW oversee Marketing for w4w, which comprises Fundraising, community ENGAGEMENT and volunteer recruitment. She loves giving back to the worcester community and spending time engaging with our SPONSORS and community partners.
Tommy Nixon Director of site development Tommy is a junior goaltender on the Men's Ice Hockey team at Holy Cross. Tommy is a chemistry major with a pre-medicine focus hailing from Sherwood Park, Alberta. Tommy is looking forward to following in the footsteps of Holy Cross Hockey and W4W legends Jeff Reppucci and Derek Kump as this is third year of involvement with W4W. He is excited to continue giving back to the city of Worcester, which has given him limitless opportunities and memories that will last a lifetime.
Jacob wronski Director of site development Jacob is a senior at the College of the Holy Cross and is from Meriden, Connecticut. He is a political science and Russian double Major and plans to pursue a career in law. Jacob has taken part in Working for Worcester since his freshman year and has been a site coordinator for two years. Getting out in the community has made Jacob fall in love with the people and city of Worcester.
Kelsey Goostrey DIRECTOR OF Site Development KELSEY IS A SENIOR AT THE COLLEGE OF THE HOLY CROSS AND A NATIVE OF JACKSON, MICHIGAN. SHE IS A PSYCHOLOGY MAJOR AND HAS ASPIRATIONS OF PURSING A CAREER IN CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY. KELSEY JOINED WORKING FOR WORCESTER AS A FRESHMAN AND SPENT TWO YEARS AS A SITE MANAGER. SHE LOVES WATCHING COLLEGE STUDENTS COME TOGETHER TO BUILD PLAYGROUNDS FOR THE KIDS, AND THE EXCITEMENT FROM BOTH THE KIDS AND THE VOLUNTEERS WHEN THE JOB IS FINISHED.
Sam Aboagye DIRECTOR OF Social Media SAM IS A SENIOR AT THE COLLEGE OF THE HOLY CROSS AND A NATIVE OF WORCESTER, MASSACHUSETTS. HE IS AN ACCOUNTING MAJOR WITH ASPIRATIONS OF BECOMING A CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT. SAM JOINED WORKING FOR WORCESTER SOPHOMORE YEAR AS A SITE MANAGER AT GRAFTON STREET SCHOOL. HE LOVED BEING ABLE TO SHARE WORKING FOR WORCESTER AND ITS MESSAGE WITH THE WORCESTER COMMUNITY THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA.
Sarah Barrett DIRECTOR OF Fundraising Sarah is a senior at the College of the Holy Cross, she has lived and attended school in Worcester her entire life. Sarah is an English major in the Pre-health program and she plans to pursue a career in health care after graduation. She has been a part of Working for Worcester, both on the Resource Development team and as a site manager, since her sophomore year. Last year she studied abroad in Spain and is so excited to be back for year six of W4W. She loves that W4W brings together local college students, businesses, and community leaders every year to help make Worcester a great place!
Lilly Pochintesta Assistant Director of Public Relations LILLY IS A JUNIOR AT THE COLLEGE OF THE HOLY CROSS AND A GREENWICH, CT NATIVE. SHE IS A POLITICAL SCIENCE AND ITALIAN STUDIES DOUBLE MAJOR. LILLY JOINED W4W AS A SOPHOMORE SITE MANAGER AT MIDLAND STREET SCHOOL. HER EXPERIENCE WITH W4W HAS GIVEN HER THE OPPORTUNITY TO INTERACT IN A POSITIVE WAY WITH HER COMMUNITY AND HAS SHOWN HER HOW VALUABLE THIS PROGRAM IS TO THE CITY OF WORCESTER. SHE LOOKS FORWARD TO BEING A PART OF THE W4W TEAM FOR THE REST OF HER TIME AT HOLY CROSS AND IN THE FUTURE.
Ruben Rodriguez Assistant Director of Site Development and Fundraising RUBEN IS A SOPHOMORE AT THE COLLEGE OF THE HOLY CROSS, STUDYING POLITICAL SCIENCE AND EDUCATION. RUBEN WAS BORN AND RAISED IN SOUTHBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS. RUBEN JOINED WORKING FOR WORCESTER AS A FRESHMAN, AND HE IS BACK FOR HIS SECOND YEAR WITH THE Project. HE WILL TAKE ON THE ROLE AS A DIRECTOR OF SITE DEVELOPMENT. HE LOVES THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ALUMNI, COMMUNITY LEADERS, STAKEHOLDERS, AND COLLEAGUES TO CREATE PLAY SPACES FOR THE CHILDREN OF WORCESTER.
Christian REalbuto Assistant Director of site development and purchasing Christian is a Sophmore at College of the Holy Cross, interested in public policy. Christian heavily appreaciates the opportunities Working for Worcester provides him to help build community in the Greater Worcester area. Being able to spend his college experience with his friends amidst the Worcester family has been something he is blessed to have the chance to do.
Nate Ingalls assistant Director of Site Development Nate is a sophomore at the College of the Holy Cross from Cape Elizabeth, Maine. He is a International Studies Major. Nate joined Working for Worcester as a freshman as a site-manager at Burncoat Prep elementary school. His favorite memory from his first Build Day was seeing the transformation of his site and the many others across the city. He looks forward to getting more involved in working for worcester in order to give back to the community.
Gabrielle Lutz Director of PRESM Gabrielle is a junior at the college of the holy cross from ponte Vedra Beach, florida. she is a psychology major. Gabrielle joined working for Worcester as a sophomore and was part of the public relations, events and social media (PRESM) team. she is excited to continue her involvement and looks forward to her new collaborations with this team. she loves working for worceter because it connects her to others in the community and allows her to futher embrace Worcester and its residents.
Savannah Haverty Assistant Director of Volunteer Recruitment Savannah is currently a Junior at the College of the Holy Cross from Northbridge, MA just outside the Worcester area. She is undeclared but considering an english major and a deaf studies minor. Following in the footsteps of two older siblings, she became involved in working for Worcester her freshmen year. Her favorite part of W4W is being a part a large group of committed people who devote their time to making Worcester a greater city than it already is.
Grace Brombach Website Manager Grace is a junior at College of the Holy Cross from St. Paul, Minnesota. She is a Political Science and French major and is currently studying International Relations for the year at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. In order to remain close to the project while away, she will serve as the Website Manager. Grace joined Working for Worcester as a sophomore with the Fundraising Team and as a site manager. In her second year, she is excited to work again to give back to the Worcester community that has provided her and so many other college students with a second home and countless opportunities to grow.
